The goal this time around was getting some good kbbq for my friend and we ended up going to New Wonjo because it was the most price efficient and I wasn't crazy hungry. Turns out it is a very solid spot! Walking in they have the first floor that is non-bbq and top floor that is bbq! All the staff were nice and I noticed majority woman staff as I'm used to majority kkq/asian restaurants to be young asian men. It was nice to see and gave a very relaxed and homey experience. Anyway they have a nice bbq set called the Wonjo combo for about $94 for 2 with 3 meats and banchan which is a steal considering the average ones are usually starting at $60-80 pp. All the food was delicious and the quality of the meats were impressive for the cost. Loved all the small different takes of the regular banchan as well as some new additions. For example, they had a dried squid I've never gotten before. The marinated galbi was my favorite and I didn't even add any sauce and the texture was perfect!!! This is one of the places that will do the cooking for you so you can rest and watch the show. At the end, They gave us a cold cinnamon tea which was to help the digestion. I will be visiting this kbbq from now on because it's so simple and delicious. You can probably even make a reservation the day of. $$ Food 9 Atmosphere 8 Service 8

I was craving some sort of soup and after reading the menu outside of their restaurant I decided to give Wonjo a shot. They have two floors for dining. The restaurant was pretty clean and organized. The workers worked swiftly and with great customer service. I had the pork kimchi stew and my cousin had the Gamja Tang ( pork ribs with potato stew). I like my pork kimchi stew, I wish it had more pork in it. I would rate 8 out of 10. My cousin was not impressed with his entree but he did like my pork kimchi stew as well. The entree came with little sides such as kimchi, beets, etc. I like that they have single or couples dining area where it's separates by a clear screen. They have restroom for use. Accepts cards or cash.

Solid and reliable. Both in store and late night delivery Yukaejjang: requested extra spicy and they came through. Hearty, flavorful Kalbi: decent portion for a combo meal. Had like 10-11 pieces. Juicy, good sear Naengmyun: tad smaller than I expected for a combo but still good. Noodles a bit soft though, would like more chew. Overall a bit different than standard mul naengmyun since it had some kimchi juice or something, but still happy. Banchan: average to below average. Interesting offerings like spicy hot dog and parsley(?)
